When you purchase our beautiful mementos, you can rest assured that our artwork conservation process will help protect your new art from the ravages of time, and your memories of New York – the greatest city in the world – will be yours to cherish forever.

Does the image on the product page accurately represent the actual artwork?

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, due to differences in color settings and restrictions of certain monitors, in some cases, the actual artwork colors may vary slightly from the color you see on your screen.
The actual artwork print size may also vary slightly due differences in format and cropping.

If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund of the price of the item.

How accurate are the dimensions of the art pieces?

nyArt.com verifies the dimensions of each image on our site. However, due to industry standards, sizes may sometimes vary slightly.

Do you sell original art?

Yes we do. Practically all art pieces sold at nyArt.com are available in original format.

Can I get permission to reproduce an image?

We can grant permission to reproduce artworks which belong to nyArt.com. For pricing, please contact us at support@nyart.com.

How do I place an order online?

  1. Just click on any artwork you like, and you will be brought to the artwork’s product page.
  2. On that page, please customize the artwork by selecting size of the artwork.
  3. To add the artwork to your shopping cart, just click on the Add to cart button located next to the price.
  4. After adding an artwork to cart, you can continue shopping. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the cart image (located on the top of any page). You will be brought to the cart page.
  5. On that page you can edit your cart. Then just click on the Checkout button, and follow the easy instructions for completing your order.

How will my package be shipped?

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. nyArt.com ships orders using FedEx, UPS or USPS to provide the best service at the lowest cost to our customers.

Shipping within the U.S. is free!

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

We are happy to ship to a P.O. Box. However, please be aware that a package addressed to a P.O. Box:

  • might be delayed
  • may not be covered by the UPS service guarantee
  • may require an address correction charge

Please include your telephone number so you can be contacted in case of any problems.

Can you ship to an APO?

We are happy to ship to an APO. Please be aware that packages can only be sent to an APO using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If you want us to ship a package to an APO, please contact us via email at support@nyart.com after placing your order.

Can you ship my items somewhere other than my billing address?

Yes! During the checkout process, just enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address.

When will my order arrive?

Transit time varies based on where you live and which shipping method you choose.

Average delivery time is 2-3 business days from the day your item leaves our warehouse.

Is my package insured?

We guarantee your satisfaction. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nyart.com.

We will refund, exchange, or replace any unsatisfactory items.
